Second Shift Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
Third Shift Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday-Friday)

Highlights of the position:
- Assists in operations of multiple complex machines.
- Performs setups on complex machines.
- Detects machining malfunctions and repairs as required.
- Changes machine tooling due to wear.
- Loads and unloads machines or containers with raw, work in progress, or formed material.
- Performs visual and part inspection using basic measuring devices to ensure quality of part.
- Produces parts at an achievable rate to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years job-related experience.
- Prior setup experience is a plus.
- Good mechancial troubleshooting skills to resolve simple machine failures to ensure machines continue to operate.
- Ability to diagnose machine errors and make the proper adjustments needed to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ability to learn how to use simple quality devices such as gauges and calipers.
- Basic computer skills to enter quality measurements and daily production numbers.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
